Teladoc Health, Inc. (NYSE: TDOC), a global leader in comprehensive virtual care, has appointed Charles “Chuck” Divita, III, as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Alongside this role, Mr. Divita joins Teladoc Health’s Board of Directors with immediate effect.
Mr. Divita transitions to Teladoc Health from GuideWell, a prominent health solutions organization encompassing Florida Blue, where he held the position of Executive Vice President, Commercial Markets. In this role, he oversaw $23 billion in revenue, leading Florida Blue’s individual consumer, insured group, and large/national account self-funded businesses, in addition to managing various support functions. His tenure at GuideWell also included serving as Chief Financial Officer, where he played a pivotal role in financial leadership and strategy.

Prior to GuideWell, Mr. Divita served as Chief Financial Officer of FPIC Insurance Group, a publicly traded property and casualty insurer specializing in medical professional liability. He has also held board positions with Prime Therapeutics, Availity, and Vim, and is actively involved in community service, having contributed to organizations such as Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville and Teach for America. Mr. Divita is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
