NATURA BISSE and ARCH AMENITIES GROUP EUROPE sign an agreement for the European Union and United Kingdom market

Natura Bissé and Arch Amenities Group Europe today announce a collaboration agreement with the aim of increasing their presence in the luxury spa sector throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom. The agreement will bring a great opportunity for additional growth for both brands, which will refer to each other by leveraging the consolidated prestige of Natura Bissé, its products and professional rituals, as well as Arch Amenities Group’s extensive experience in management and consultancy services in wellness centers and luxury spas.

The Spanish cosmetics brand Natura Bissé is currently present in over 450 hotel spas worldwide, of which 35% are located in Europe, and expects to close the year with a global turnover of 100 million euros. Headquartered in Barcelona, the company records 82% of its sales abroad, because the European Union and China are its main markets, followed by Spain. Furthermore, over the next 3 years, Europe will transform into the company’s focal point, where the company aims to double its multi-channel presence in this region.

For its part, Arch Amenities Group and its 3,800 employees currently manage over 430 properties worldwide – such as private clubs, sports centers, commercial and residential spaces and, of course, hotels rely on its many years of experience. Among the hotel groups included in its client portfolio, big names such as Waldforf Astoria, FourSeasons or The Ritz-Carlton stand out, also partners of Natura Bissé on a global level.

The relationship between Natura Bissé and Arch Amenities Group dates back to early 2023, when the cosmetics company joined the Arch Amenities Group Preferred Supplier Program in the United States, connecting the cosmetics brand’s product line with a select of famous spas and wellness centers, such as the Eden Roc Miami Beach Resort hotel, or the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC. A collaboration that currently acquires a new aspect, as a “non-exclusive strategic agreement” in Europe, at a time when the hotel sector is seeing growing demand for high-quality experiences. Proof of this is the data extracted from the recent report by the Global Wellness Institute, which highlights a constant annual growth of 12% in the wellness market maintained since 2020 and a further growth of 52% is expected by 2027.
