  • Power of Leadership:
    This category recognizes the pivotal role of organizational leadership in shaping a culture of wellness. Submissions and Selection Process

Organizations interested in being considered for the 2025 Health at Work Awards can submit their entries online through January 15, 2026. ComPsych encourages applicants to provide comprehensive details on their well-being initiatives, including the challenges addressed, strategic approaches used, communication and engagement methods, and tangible outcomes achieved.

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of ComPsych leaders and well-being experts, who will evaluate each entry based on several key factors:

Winners will be announced in the Spring of 2026, and honorees will gain recognition across ComPsych’s global network and media channels.
