Virginia-based company Journey Health & Lifestyle Brands (Journey) has named Adam Karp as its new Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Adam previously co-founded and led Lively Hearing, Inc. (Lively), a direct-to-consumer hearing aid company, which was acquired by GN Hearing in 2021 and rebranded as Jabra Enhance.
Adam brings over two decades of executive and entrepreneurial experience in both consumer and healthcare sectors, specializing in direct-to-consumer ventures. He co-founded Lively in 2018, a leading direct-to-consumer hearing aid brand that he successfully guided to acquisition. Prior to Lively, Adam held various executive positions, including Chief Marketing Officer at 1stDibs (NASDAQ: DIBS), and VP roles at American Express, FreshDirect, and Barnes & Noble. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
