Rockwell Medical, Inc. This agreement marks a significant milestone for the Company in expanding its reach to dialysis providers globally.
Rockwell Medical, the leading supplier of liquid bicarbonate in the United States, has announced a significant product purchase agreement with a global leader in dialysis products and services. The agreement will see Rockwell Medical supply its liquid bicarbonate hemodialysis concentrates, specifically SteriLyte®, to the customer. This contract, which spans three years with an option for two additional one-year renewals, is expected to generate over $10 million in net sales for Rockwell Medical in the first year. This revenue was not included in the company’s previously disclosed estimates for 2025 and will feature incremental price increases in subsequent years.
