Oscar is launching Buena Salud, a Spanish-first initiative for Hispanic and Latino members, connecting them with care teams that share their cultural background. This solution builds on the successful Hola Oscar experience, which boasts an industry-leading NPS of 87 and addresses cultural, linguistic, and regional differences among these communities.
Expanding Access for Employees
Oscar now offers tech-savvy solutions for employees through employer contributions. With a dedicated concierge team available 24/7, employees can choose from various high-quality plans tailored to their needs. Oscar is also partnering with StretchDollar to help small businesses offer pre-tax contributions for individual health insurance.
Simplified Management of Chronic Conditions
Oscar is introducing a multi-condition plan for members with diabetes, pulmonary, and cardiovascular diseases, aiming to lower costs significantly. Benefits include $0 visits to specialists, screenings, and medications.
Guided Care Options
The new Guided Care HMO allows members to select a primary care provider who coordinates care with specialists. This option includes benefits like $0 virtual urgent care and low-cost labs.
