Oklahoma Complete Health Unveils Enhanced 2025 Benefits for SoonerSelect Members

Oklahoma Complete Health Unveils New and Expanded SoonerSelect Benefits to Improve Member Health and Well-Being in 2025

Oklahoma Complete Health is introducing a comprehensive set of new and upgraded benefits for its SoonerSelect members in 2025, continuing its mission to enhance access to quality care, promote health equity, and improve the overall well-being of individuals and families across the state. These enhancements are part of the organization’s broader commitment to delivering person-centered care that meets the diverse needs of Oklahomans.

“Oklahoma Complete Health is excited to expand the 2025 offerings to serve our members,” said Clay Franklin, President and CEO of Oklahoma Complete Health. “Our plan continues to prioritize the health and well-being of Oklahomans and find ways to meet their unique needs. These new benefits are designed to offer meaningful support in areas that truly matter to our members, from maternal health and prescription access to transportation and healthy living.”

New and Upgraded Benefits Focused on Whole-Person Care

Starting July 1, 2025, Oklahoma Complete Health will roll out several value-added services (VAS) that build upon its already robust SoonerSelect offerings. These updates reflect direct member feedback and health data analysis, which revealed opportunities to remove barriers to care and promote healthier lifestyles.

New: Diaper Club for Infants

A major addition to the 2025 benefit lineup is the Diaper Club, which offers financial relief and practical support for new parents. Beginning July 1, members aged 0 to 1 year old whose parent or caregiver is actively enrolled in the Start Smart for Your Baby program or care management services will be eligible to receive $30 per month toward diapers.

This initiative recognizes the financial burden of basic childcare necessities and aims to ease stress for new families while encouraging early engagement with maternal and child health programs.

New: Expanded Prescription Coverage

In another significant move, Oklahoma Complete Health is removing certain high-need medications from the state’s existing six-prescription monthly limit. This expansion ensures that medications critical to treating infections, seizures, mental health conditions, heart disease, and diabetes will no longer count against a member’s monthly cap.

By removing these constraints, the plan empowers members to follow their prescribed treatments without the fear of hitting a coverage ceiling—an especially impactful change for individuals managing multiple chronic or acute conditions.

Upgraded: Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefits

The organization is also revamping its OTC benefit program. As of July 1, what was once a household-level benefit will shift to an individual allowance of $30 per member per quarter. This update ensures that every eligible member in a household can independently access health-related OTC items such as vitamins, cold medications, and first aid supplies.

This shift not only increases the total value available to families but also supports personalized health management across all age groups.

Upgraded: Transportation Services

To address social determinants of health and improve access to essential services, Oklahoma Complete Health is enhancing its non-emergency transportation offerings. Members will now be allowed to bring up to four family members with them to medical appointments—providing essential flexibility and reducing the burden on caregivers and parents.

Additionally, the plan will provide up to 15 rides per year to locations such as grocery stores, pharmacies, job interviews, and other key community destinations. This expansion is intended to support members’ efforts to stay healthy, secure employment, and remain connected to vital resources.

Additional Value-Added Services

Beyond these new and upgraded 2025 offerings, Oklahoma Complete Health continues to provide a wide range of supplemental benefits aimed at addressing the full spectrum of health needs. These include:

  • YMCA memberships that support physical activity and community engagement
  • Enhanced vision benefits for clearer sight and eye health
  • Healthy rewards programs that offer incentives for completing health checkups, screenings, and wellness activities

Making an Impact: A Year in Review

Since beginning its participation in the SoonerSelect program in April 2024, Oklahoma Complete Health has made measurable progress in advancing its mission to improve health outcomes and provide coordinated, person-first care to Oklahomans.

In its first year of operation, the organization achieved the following:

  • Completed over 11,651 referrals addressing social drivers of health, connecting members with housing, food, utility assistance, and other critical services
  • Helped more than 2,500 members access Food Rx benefits, improving nutritional support for individuals with diet-sensitive conditions
  • Facilitated over 20,684 YMCA visits across the state, supporting physical and mental well-being through accessible fitness and wellness activities
  • Distributed more than $2.1 million in member rewards for engaging in healthy behaviors, such as prenatal visits, wellness checkups, and flu shots

These numbers highlight not only the breadth of services provided but also the organization’s ability to implement high-impact programs with real-world results. By tackling social, behavioral, and medical needs simultaneously, Oklahoma Complete Health is redefining what comprehensive Medicaid managed care can achieve.

Real Voices, Real Change

The impact of these services can be seen in the lives of everyday members, such as Pam C., an Oklahoma Complete Health member and mother.

“Oklahoma Complete Health means my kids can receive a better life with all the services they provide—the tutoring, transportation and the YMCA,” said Pam. “They walked us through everything. They got us connected with the right people.”

Pam’s experience reflects the core philosophy of Oklahoma Complete Health: ensuring that every member not only has access to care, but also receives the guidance, support, and resources needed to thrive.

As Oklahoma Complete Health prepares for its second year of service under the SoonerSelect program, the organization remains focused on continual improvement, innovation, and community engagement.

“With these new benefits and our ongoing initiatives, we’re building a system of care that works for everyone—especially those who have historically been underserved,” said Franklin. “Whether it’s through transportation, nutrition, maternal support, or mental health services, our goal is to meet members where they are and help them move toward healthier, more stable lives.”

Through these expanded offerings, Oklahoma Complete Health reaffirms its commitment to being more than a health plan—it is a partner in care, an advocate for wellness, and a resource for healthier communities throughout Oklahoma.
