Oklahoma Complete Health, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation, is now extending healthcare solutions to eligible SoonerSelect members in Oklahoma. The transition period for SoonerSelect members to switch to Oklahoma Complete Health or the Children’s Specialty Program lasts until July 1, 2024.
President and CEO Clay Franklin emphasized Oklahoma Complete Health’s commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for members, providing broad access to healthcare providers, and focusing on preventive and primary care services. The plans offer essential prescriptions, health services, behavioral health services, telehealth services, healthy living rewards, new parent programs, and enhanced vision coverage.
Oklahoma Complete Health also serves the SoonerSelect Children’s Specialty Program, targeting improved health outcomes for specific groups, including children in foster care, former foster care children, and eligible American Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN) members.

Selected by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority in June 2023, Oklahoma Complete Health offers coverage for eligible members through its range of health insurance solutions, including SoonerSelect Medicaid plan, SoonerSelect Children’s Specialty Program, federal insurance marketplace plan, Ambetter of Oklahoma, and Medicare Advantage Plan, Wellcare.
