NanoVibronix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NAOV), a medical device company known for its UroShield®, PainShield®, and WoundShield® Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) portable ultrasonic therapeutic devices, has announced a non-binding term sheet for a licensing and supply agreement with APOGEPHA Arzneimittel GmbH, a German pharmaceutical firm specializing in urology products. The agreement aims for APOGEPHA to distribute UroShield across Europe.

Our market evaluation shows that UroShield can significantly reduce catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI) for patients with long-term catheters.”
UroShield is designed to prevent bacterial colonization and biofilm formation on indwelling urinary catheters, thereby enhancing antibiotic effectiveness and reducing CAUTI incidence, as well as alleviating discomfort associated with catheter use.
