Moneymaker, with nearly 25 years of experience at the crossroads of technology and clinical research, will lead efforts to build stronger customer relationships. In her new role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Customer Engagement, she will foster a culture of active listening and anticipate customers’ needs. Moneymaker’s background in pharma, biotech, and medical devices equips her with the knowledge and insights needed to better serve Medidata’s diverse clientele. Her focus will be on nurturing customer partnerships and ensuring that Medidata’s solutions effectively address the challenges faced by pharmaceutical and biotech companies in conducting clinical trials.

King brings over 25 years of expertise in customer success, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Salesforce. In his new role as Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Services, and Support, King will be responsible for guiding customers through every step of their engagement with Medidata, from initial adoption through to continued support and satisfaction. By enhancing Medidata’s customer service capabilities, King will help ensure that clients receive the maximum value from the company’s solutions, further improving overall satisfaction and retention.
