- Network by HealthStream™ and Verisys Partnership: Tailored for health plans, Network by HealthStream provides a data-driven solution for continuously updating practitioner data across the enterprise. It automates payer credentialing, regulatory compliance, network adequacy checks, provider directory updates, and contract management. Additionally, the collaboration with Verisys Corporation introduces OneClick Verisys, a tech-enabled Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) service, allowing health plans to outsource CVO processing with ease.
- New Benefits for HealthStream’s hStream for Credentialing Package: Clients using CredentialStream through the hStream platform will gain several benefits, including:
- Provider Portfolio: A pre-validated, mobile wallet of credentials for all licensed providers. This will allow providers to submit their claimed credentials during applications and receive automatic updates from HealthStream applications, including alerts for mandated courses.
- MyLearning: For organizations using CredentialStream and the HealthStream Learning Center (HLC), assigned courses will automatically appear in the CredentialStream Hub. Courses like “Onboarding for New Providers” and “Annual Training for Providers” will fulfill compliance requirements and streamline the onboarding process, with completion data syncing automatically.
