Healthcare Provider Scales Verint Wrap Up Bot Use to 30,000 Agents

Verint® (NASDAQ: VRNT), known as The CX Automation Company™, has announced that a leading healthcare provider is significantly expanding its deployment of the Verint Interaction Wrap Up Bot, increasing its use from 300 to 30,000 agents across its contact center.

The healthcare provider has leveraged the AI-powered Verint Interaction Wrap Up Bot to automate call wrap-up tasks and summarize interactions between customers and contact center agents. Initially deployed with 300 agents earlier this year, the bot’s successful performance has led to a major expansion to 30,000 agents in just a few months.

Jaime Meritt, Verint’s Chief Product Officer, explained, “Manual call wrap-up is time-consuming and costly, potentially costing millions annually. The Interaction Wrap Up Bot provides accurate call summaries, reducing average call duration by 30 seconds. This not only lowers handle times but also boosts agent efficiency and enhances the consistency and quality of call summaries.”

This expansion was included in Verint’s fiscal second quarter for 2024.
