Guardian Dermatology was founded in 2021 by Logan Skelley, MD, with a vision to establish a leading dermatology practice in the Helena region. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine before completing both his dermatology residency and fellowship training in micrographic dermatologic surgery at the Mayo Clinic.
His advanced training in Mohs surgery — a precise, tissue-sparing procedure used to treat certain types of skin cancer — allows patients to receive state-of-the-art surgical treatment with optimal cosmetic and functional outcomes.

She will collaborate closely with Epiphany’s physicians and support staff in Helena, ensuring patients retain access to familiar providers and consistent, high-quality care.
