This collaboration aims to advance patient-centered real-world health research by facilitating the sharing and linking of diverse, consented data sources. This includes health record data and individual-consented information such as digital metrics from wearables, validated surveys, symptom diaries, and more.

The 1up FHIR Platform will ensure that the health record data is structured appropriately for research use.
