DocGo Inks Partnership With Major National Insurer to Launch Care Gap Closure Program in New Mexico

DocGo Signs Deal to Launch Care Gap Closure Program in New Mexico With National Insurance Provider

(“DocGo” or the “Company”), a leading provider of technology-enabled medical transportation and mobile health services, today announced the planned launch of care gap closure services in New Mexico to enhance health care access for 10,000 Turquoise Care enrollees/patients/members. The program will aim to reengage patients with the health care system, by facilitating at-home care, helping to eliminate many obstacles that have historically discouraged people from interacting with health care providers.

“By leveraging our proven technology and dedicated mobile clinicians to help remove barriers to care, this program is another step towards our vision of making health care available at any address,” said Lee Bienstock, CEO of DocGo.

This program will enable members across the state to receive care in the comfort of their own home .  In addition to facilitating in-home care gap closures such as well child visits, vaccinations, and hypertension and diabetic control assessments, the Company has plans to launch primary care services for members in the New Mexico market to help them reengage with their care and remain healthier over time.

“Our work in New Mexico will allow us to bridge critical gaps in access to care,” said Dr. James Powell, CEO of the DocGo Clinical Practice Group. “With the reach of our mobile health teams, the power of our technology, and our ability to close nearly 50 different care gaps, we can meet patients where they are and provide the right care at the right time. I believe this initiative will make a real difference in improving health outcomes, and reinforce DocGo’s leadership in facilitating high-quality, highly accessible health care to all.”

DocGo’s technology platform plays a central role in the program’s design and delivery. The system integrates scheduling, clinical documentation, patient communication, and outcomes tracking, allowing for seamless coordination between health plans, providers, and patients.

By using real-time data insights, the platform helps identify individuals who may be overdue for preventive services, then connects them to mobile clinicians who can deliver that care directly. This model not only improves patient convenience but also supports the broader health care ecosystem by helping providers and insurers achieve quality measure goals and close critical care gaps more efficiently.

The Company also plans to introduce primary care services to the New Mexico market as part of a future expansion of the program. These services will build on DocGo’s existing mobile care infrastructure, enabling members to maintain consistent engagement with their health over time.

The program represents a significant milestone in DocGo’s mission to deliver high-quality health care “to any address.” By combining advanced technology, a mobile clinical workforce, and data-driven outreach, DocGo aims to address long-standing challenges that prevent patients from receiving timely preventive and primary care services.
