CVS Pharmacy® (NYSE: CVS), a division of CVS Health®, has introduced a new line of journals featuring cover designs by four CVS Health colleagues, inspired by their personal mental health and wellness journeys. Part of the Caliber® Fashion Artist Series, these journals are available in over 6,700 CVS Pharmacy stores nationwide and online at CVS.com.
This is the first time CVS Pharmacy has featured colleague artwork on its store brand products. The project started with an internal call for art, inviting colleagues to submit designs that reflect their personal growth and emotional journeys. Out of more than 75 submissions, a panel of colleague judges selected four designs, each of which is featured on a hardcover journal.
Each journal includes the artist’s statement inside the cover, encouraging users to add their own creative touch. The selected artists are Ashley Briggs (Richmond, VA), Matthew Everett (Saunderstown, RI), Makayla Huerta (Brea, CA), and Diego Rios (Ronkonkoma, NY). They each drew from their experiences to create unique cover designs.
“We’re seeing a growing trend among Millennials and Gen Z using journals as tools for wellness and personal growth,” said Mike Wier, Vice President, Store Brands at CVS Health. “These journals, designed by our colleagues, cater to this trend and encourage self-expression and creative exploration.”
The artist-designed journals are priced at $8.99 and are available in spiral-bound or saddle-stitched formats. They add to CVS Pharmacy’s Caliber brand, which includes a variety of school, work, and stationery products.
