Burjeel Holdings and Response Plus Launch $1 Million Human Energy Health Award at ADIPEC 2024Burjeel Holdings, a leading super-specialty healthcare provider in the MENA region, and Response Plus Medical Services (RPM), the largest pre-hospital care and emergency medical services provider in the region, have jointly launched the $1 million Human Energy Health and Wellbeing Award at ADIPEC 2024. The award aims to promote workplace wellness across the global energy sector.

As the energy industry continues to prioritize the health and wellbeing of its workforce, the award seeks to further this progress by supporting initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance both mental and physical health. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Founder & Chairman of Burjeel Holdings, and Omran Al Khoori, Chairman of RPM Holding, announced the award during ADIPEC 2024, encouraging CEOs from major global energy organizations to advance workplace wellbeing initiatives within the industry.

The award will have two main categories:

  • $1 Million Wellbeing Investment: Supporting SMEs that are developing scalable health solutions.
  • Excellence Recognition: Celebrating large organizations for their innovative employee wellbeing programs.

The first winners will be announced at ADIPEC 2025, with projects evaluated based on their impact in creating supportive workplace environments, their innovation, and measurable outcomes.
