PureHealth Partners with Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority for Child Healthcare Solutions
PureHealth has announced a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority (ECA) to improve health outcomes for children throughout the UAE. The collaboration aims to enhance early intervention programs, advance holistic healthcare solutions, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and promote evidence-based research. These efforts are designed to support the development of health strategies that address critical developmental needs in children, aligning with the UAE’s long-term goals of nurturing resilient and thriving future generations.
This partnership supports Abu Dhabi’s Early Childhood Development Strategy for 2035 and contributes to the UAE Centennial 2071 Plan. The goal is to create long-term benefits for children’s health and development, aligning with national initiatives for improving the quality of life and wellbeing for the country’s youngest population.

The collaboration focuses on several key areas, including health innovation, community awareness, and the development of policies that support early childhood development. The partnership also aims to foster knowledge exchange, encouraging the growth of health-tech startups focused on improving children’s healthcare.

One of the major initiatives under this partnership will be to improve school health screening programs across Abu Dhabi. This will be done in close collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) and guided by the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority. These screenings aim to improve child health management, offer early detection of potential health concerns, and foster long-term wellbeing through data-driven insights. The screenings will incorporate the Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ), a widely used tool for assessing developmental delays in children, as well as the Paediatric Symptom Checklist (PSC), which helps identify psychological and social challenges in children.
Additionally, the collaboration will introduce the Longevity Observatory, a state-of-the-art platform that leverages advanced data analytics to monitor and manage children’s health. This platform will provide personalized, predictive health insights by tracking key developmental milestones and health metrics from prenatal stages onward. The observatory will enable healthcare professionals to deliver more targeted and proactive care, reflecting PureHealth’s commitment to advancing the science of longevity.
Research will also play a central role in the partnership, focusing on critical areas such as early childhood education, mental health, and social wellbeing. The research findings will inform the creation of evidence-based programs designed to improve healthcare outcomes for children and their families. PureHealth will also collaborate with ECA’s Anjal Z program, working with health-tech startups to integrate innovative solutions into the healthcare network. These solutions will be tested through clinical trials, pilot programs, and co-development projects, ensuring they align with the evolving vision for children’s healthcare in the UAE.
Another significant aspect of the partnership is community empowerment. Through joint awareness campaigns and training workshops, parents, educators, and healthcare professionals will gain the knowledge and tools needed to create nurturing environments for children. Mental health services will be enhanced through PureHealth’s Sakina platform, which offers counseling, psychological support, and community-driven initiatives to help families and caregivers.
To ensure sustainable progress, PureHealth and ECA will focus on developing early childhood healthcare professionals. This includes the creation of specialized training programs and workshops, as well as support for the National Academy for Childhood Development, which will elevate professional standards in children’s health and development.
