The MultiPro® Human Discovery Panel utilizes 10x Genomics’ Chromium Single Cell Gene Expression Flex chemistry and Feature Barcode technology, enabling researchers to examine proteins both within intracellular compartments and on cell surfaces. This allows for more comprehensive multiomic analyses. Featuring 346 antibodies targeting 325 distinct proteins, the panel covers essential cellular components, including transcription factors, cytokines, signaling proteins, and phospho-epitopes. Notably, two-thirds of these targets are intracellular, while the remainder are found on the cell surface.
What sets this panel apart is its cost-effectiveness. The MultiPro® Human Discovery Panel provides extensive protein profiling at less than half the cost of competing products, making high-resolution multiomic analysis more accessible for researchers.
