Jason Phibbs has been appointed Vice President of Growth, and Darryl Green will take on the role of Senior Director of Sales. Phibbs brings a wealth of executive healthcare leadership experience to his new role. He has a strong track record in building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing cultural transformation strategies. Previously, he was Market VP of Strategy & Growth at Press Ganey, where he led client-facing strategies and business development for health systems nationwide. Phibbs also held executive roles at TriHealth and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, focusing on patient experience and change management. He holds a master’s in health services administration from Xavier University and a bachelor’s in social work from Miami University.
Green joins Prolucent with extensive experience in business development and sales within large-scale healthcare organizations. As VP of Strategic Sales at Adaptive Workforce Solutions, he developed strategies that expanded the client base and increased revenue. He has also held executive positions at Favorite Healthcare Staffing and Cross Country Healthcare, where he forged high-value relationships and optimized workforce management. During his 14 years at AMN Healthcare, Green was pivotal in expanding market presence and driving growth initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management systems analysis from California State University.
