Overview: This study used circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to monitor treatment response in advanced solid tumor patients on tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). The findings suggest ctDNA monitoring could be useful in assessing TKI therapy response beyond variant allele frequency alone.

Poster Presentation (#580P): Impact of RAS and BRAFV600E Mutations on Tumor Immune Microenvironment and Genomic Alterations in MSI/dMMR Colorectal Cancers

Overview: This study explored the effects of RAS and BRAF mutations on prognosis and treatment in MSI/dMMR colorectal cancers.
