Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: BIO and BIO.B), a leading provider of life science research and clinical diagnostics products, has announced the appointment of Jon DiVincenzo as President and Chief Operating Officer, starting September 9, 2024. DiVincenzo will succeed Andy Last, who is retiring.
Jon DiVincenzo is joining Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. as President and Chief Operating Officer, effective September 9, 2024, succeeding Andy Last, who is retiring. DiVincenzo comes from Labcorp Holdings Inc., where he was Executive Vice President and President of Central Laboratories and International, overseeing global operations and commercial leadership. His previous roles include President of the Environmental Health Division at PerkinElmer, CEO of Enzymatics, and various positions at EMD Millipore. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.
Norman Schwartz, Bio-Rad’s Chairman and CEO, expressed enthusiasm about DiVincenzo’s appointment, highlighting his extensive industry experience in operations, marketing, and product development, which will support Bio-Rad’s continued growth.
