Bringing a wealth of leadership experience in Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health, Dr. Yadron joins Pinnacle Treatment Centers with a distinguished career spanning across esteemed institutions and multiple states. With a dynamic skill set in operational management and patient care, Dr. Yadron has played a pivotal role in the growth and development of treatment facilities throughout his years of dedicated service.
Prior to his appointment at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Dr. Yadron held significant leadership roles, serving as CEO at Wellbridge Addiction Treatment and Research, Vice President for the West Region at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, and Director of Recovery Services at Rosecrance Health Network. His tenure at these institutions underscores his expertise in driving organizational excellence and fostering innovation in addiction treatment.
Academically, Dr. Yadron’s credentials are equally impressive, with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. He has further honed his skills through executive education at the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business, focusing on leadership and finance.
A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Dr. Yadron is deeply committed to advancing the field through his contributions to conferences, workshops, and professional training programs. His dedication to improving behavioral health services and organizational leadership is evident in his extensive speaking engagements and thought leadership initiatives.
In his new role at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Dr. Yadron will spearhead efforts to enhance the quality and accessibility of programs within the Detox, Residential, and Ambulatory Division.
